Potato Bot stores limited information necessary for functionality, including:
Potato Bot temporarily processes message content to detect commands, potato interactions, and moderation features. The bot does not permanently store normal chat messages. Bot Owner may access server configuration, inventory data, and limited debugging information for maintenance, troubleshooting, and support purposes.
When the /request-help command is used,
Potato Bot sends a support request to the bot developer.
This request may include:
* The server name
* The server ID
* The server owner's ID
* The number of members in the server
* The Discord user who submitted the request
* The message provided in the support request
This information is used solely to provide support,investigate issues,
and improve the bot. Support requests may be retained for
a reasonable period of time for troubleshooting and record-keeping purposes.
By submitting a support request, you acknowledge that the bot developer
may contact the person who submitted the request,
contact server staff, or request access to the server when necessary to investigate and resolve the reported issue.
The bot developer may also review bot-related data,
server configuration, and other information relevant to the support request for troubleshooting purposes.
Stored data is only used for providing bot functionality, statistics, moderation systems, and improving the project.
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties, except when required by law or necessary for hosting and infrastructure.
Server owners may remove the bot from their server at any time. Some stored data may remain temporarily in backups or logs.
Reasonable efforts are made to protect stored data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
